Scope of Responsibilities
what you’ll be doing on a daily basis
Your responsibilities will include:
- Independently carrying out engineering design tasks directly related to assigned projects
- Leading engineering work, preparing concepts, technical specifications, and other tasks related to I&C systems, automation, SCADA, or other control systems
- Supervising subcontractors involved in control and automation system projects
- Preparing documentation for automation and electrical cabinets
- Preparing specifications and selecting equipment
- Creating bills of materials and providing base information for offer preparation
- Sharing acquired knowledge and solutions to improve team efficiency
- Providing engineering support to other company teams
- Mentoring and supporting less experienced team members
- Participating in technical meetings (with clients, consultants, subcontractors) to support the project manager or other team members

We expect you to have:
- Experience on construction sites involving electrical works
- Software skills: at minimum AutoCAD; cable calculation software such as Simaris, Caneco, Amtech, PowerFactory; EPLAN
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- A building license for unrestricted design in the field of electrical and power installations and networks
- Experience in independently executing HV and LV substation circuit projects
- Ability to independently solve technical problems
- Strong interpersonal skills for direct client communication and collaboration
- Excellent work organization, attention to detail, reliability, and ability to prioritize
- Good command of technical English
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
- Experience with WsCAD or EPLAN
- Experience delivering comprehensive electrical projects — from concept to construction and detailed design

Your Role
What you'll be responsible for
As a Junior Project Manager in a design office specializing in electrical engineering, you’ll support the execution of technical projects related to the design of electrical and power installations. Your responsibilities will include organizing the design team’s work, overseeing schedules, managing documentation, and communicating with clients and contractors.
Scope of Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing on a daily basis
Your tasks will include:
- Preparing and managing project schedules
- Organizing and improving workflow in cooperation with engineers
- Managing changes within the project (additional work, schedule/resource adjustments, etc.)
- Preparing and conducting risk analysis for the project
- Handling claims management
- Managing subcontractors
- Overseeing project finances using Salesforce
- Delivering the project within the time and financial budget
- Organizing meetings with clients and subcontractors
- Leading internal team meetings with engineers
- Preparing internal reports (in OneNote) for weekly project briefings
- Providing detailed progress reporting
- Compiling in-depth project analysis and reports
- Preparing and signing contracts with subcontractors in cooperation with the Sales Manager
- Organizing project meetings
- Participating in the bidding phase (contract conditions, quantity take-offs, scope, budget)
- Negotiating contracts and schedules with clients and subcontractors
- Identifying and building relationships with new subcontractors and suppliers
