Ethics and Compliance
We foster a culture based on trust and transparency. We have implemented a Code of Ethics, an Anti-Corruption Policy, and a Whistleblower Procedure to protect individuals reporting irregularities. This allows us to minimize legal and reputational risks, while assuring our partners that they are working with a company that operates with integrity.
Integrated Management System
We hold ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 27001 certifications, forming a fully integrated management system. Every year we undergo external audits and certifications, confirming our commitment to quality, environmental stewardship, workplace safety, and information security.
Transparent ESG Reporting
In 2025, we published our first ESG Report, prepared in accordance with EFRAG VSME guidelines. We view reporting as a continuous process and are committed to publishing an annual report so that our stakeholders can monitor our progress.
Our ESG Footprint
Our projects demonstrate that engineering can truly support the energy transition. We design RES installations, energy storage facilities, and WtE plants, combining modern solutions with environmental and social responsibility.

We have implemented a whistleblower procedure, providing employees with safe tools to report irregularities. Our Code of Ethics and ethics training programs strengthen a culture of openness and accountability.
We Maintain the Highest Standards of Quality and Safety
Our Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 27001) is verified annually by independent certification bodies. This ensures that all our processes—from project quality to workplace safety—are aligned with the best international practices.
We Report Transparently and Regularly
Our first ESG Report was published in 2025. From that point forward, we are committed to publishing annual reports to transparently communicate our progress and objectives across environmental, social, and governance areas.
We Participate in International Conferences
We actively take part in events dedicated to energy transition and the circular economy, sharing our expertise and drawing inspiration from global industry best practices.
We Collaborate with SEP
As members of the SEP (Association of Polish Electrical Engineers), we actively engage in the exchange of experience and the development of best practices within the power engineering sector. This allows us to co-create technical and organizational standards that meet the challenges of the energy transition.
