Workplace Safety

The safety of our employees is our absolute priority. Our program includes regular training sessions, workshops, and internal audits. We apply safety standards that go beyond legal requirements and foster a culture of incident reporting to eliminate risks before they turn into hazards. As a result, we achieved TRIR = 0 in 2024 – zero accidents and complete workplace safety.

Growth and Transparency

We value integrity and openness. We apply transparent salary ranges, and every employee is fully aware of the promotion and career development rules within the organization. We operate an Employee Council, which participates in strategic discussions, representing the voice of the entire team. Each engineer and specialist follows an individual development path, including training, mentoring, and opportunities to attend industry conferences.

Education and Young Engineers

We believe that the energy transition requires young talent. That is why we offer internships, apprenticeships, and a mentoring program in which experienced engineers support students and graduates in their first career steps. We also deliver guest lectures at technical universities, bridging academic knowledge with practical project experience.

Local Community

Our projects transform the environment around us, which is why we focus on education and supporting local initiatives. We run workshops and classes for technical students, participate in educational events, and collaborate with industry organizations engaged in community development. Through our presence at job fairs and academic events, we support young people in choosing career paths linked to modern energy.

We Care About Workplace Safety

We run a program that includes regular training, audits, and workshops. This approach allows us to go beyond legal requirements and consistently foster a culture of safety, confirmed by a TRIR = 0 in 2024.

We Support Employee Development

Every member of the Enetecs team has an individual career development plan. We apply transparent salary ranges and engage the Employee Council in strategic dialogue. According to the ESG 2025 Report, 100% of our team is already included in structured development paths.

We Educate Future Engineers

Together with the Cracow University of Technology, we deliver lectures and project classes for students in power engineering disciplines. Our specialists share practical knowledge in power systems, automation, and renewable energy, combining theory with hands-on experience from large-scale industrial projects. Students can also take part in internships and apprenticeships at Enetecs, gaining their first professional experience.

We Develop Competences Through Training

Every employee participates in technical, professional, and soft-skills training. Our engineers also attend specialized courses in power engineering, automation, protection systems, and renewable energy. Our benchmark is that each employee should participate in at least two trainings per year – one of the key social commitments stated in our ESG report.

We Engage in Academic Life

We regularly participate in job fairs and industry conferences – including at the Cracow University of Technology and AGH University of Science and Technology – encouraging young people to pursue careers in modern energy and engineering.

We Support Local Communities

We share knowledge and experience beyond universities and company walls. Our specialists actively engage in workshops, lectures, and open industry conferences with an educational character. Through cooperation with industry organizations and universities, we support the development of technical competences while also building ecological and energy awareness among young people and communities involved in the energy transition.
