In 2025, Enetecs sp. z o.o. established a partnership with the Regional Labour Office as part of the project “Employees – the best investment for the company.”Participation in the project includes:
  • Individual support from strategic advisors and training in employee management, including age management.
  • Grant funding for the implementation of selected solutions in the company, resulting from the age management strategy.
  • Individual consultancy in the field of HR.
  • Courses tailored to the specific needs of the employer.
The project is implemented under the regional programme European Funds for Małopolska 2021–2027, Priority 6 European Funds for the labour market, education, and social inclusion, Measure 6.7 Support for diversity management among employers, Type A: development and implementation of comprehensive tools to enable flexible responses to changes in the labour market and to retain employees.It is co-financed by the European Union from the European Social Fund Plus.

Through this partnership, the company benefits from funding under Sub-measure 2.3.3 “Internationalization of National Key Clusters” and is participating in the 4th edition of the “SHOW YOURSELF – Polish construction products on the international stage” project.

In 2021, Enetecs sp. z o.o. established cooperation with the Polish Construction Cluster – a National Key Cluster, through which it benefits from funding under Sub-measure 2.3.3 “Internationalization of National Key Clusters” and participates in the 4th edition of the “SHOW YOURSELF – Polish construction products on the international stage” project.The project is co-financed by the European Union under the Smart Growth Operational Programme, Priority Axis II: Support for the environment and the potential of enterprises for R&D&I activities, Measure 2.3: Pro-innovation services for enterprises.

In 2021, Enetecs sp. z o.o. began cooperation with the Polish Construction Cluster – a National Key Cluster, through which it benefits from funding under Sub-measure 2.3.3 “Internationalization of National Key Clusters” and participates in the 3rd edition of the “SHOW YOURSELF – strengthening the potential of enterprises and preparing for digital transformation in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic” project, as part of the initiative “Support for SMEs in the area of digitization.”
