SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES that is, what you will deal with on a daily basis
Your activities will cover the following:
- Project management, ensuring timely completion of tasks, quality of execution, responsibility for the scope, schedule, budget, progress and risks of the project
- Coordinate and supervise the implementation of the project in its various stages of advancement (including feasibility study, construction project with building permit, detailed design)
- Management of a dedicated project team
- Internal and external reporting according to the provisions of the contract
- Direct cooperation with the client
EXPECTATIONS, in other words, whom we are looking for to join the #EnetecsTeam
At the very beginning, we need you to present the following:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a related position, i.e. as a Project Engineer / Junior Project Manager
- Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in a project company in managing and leading projects in the industry
- Experience gained in the broader engineering and construction industry
- Higher technical education
- Fluent knowledge of English, both spoken and written
- Practical knowledge of software: MS Office package, MS Project is welcome
- Independence and responsibility for assigned tasks
- Ability to solve problems and quickly acquire and use new knowledge
- Operativeness in action and ability to work in a team
- Well-developed soft skills (including the ability to conduct negotiations and sales talks)
An added advantage will be:
- Experience in design
- Experience working in international projects
- Completed courses or training in project management, scheduling, contract analysis
- Knowledge of SalesForce platform
- Knowledge of MS Project
